Film shown as part of Harmonoia installation.
I identified a problem with the lack of visual communication being used to address mental health within Bristol. I felt that this was a problem area that we could explore for the installation piece. As the artist for the piece, I created a short film and corresponding artwork that supported the message of the piece. It focused upon visualisation of manic depression. We secured funding and gallery spaces with no prior work. A report is available upon request.
I was supported throughout this project by Natalie from Blossom Co and Martin Campbell, Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, University of Bristol. I would like to thank them for all their help in making this installation piece possible.
Please contact me for the report on the piece, which details research done on the arts and mental health, the concept and how we showed the work.
